We hired a sitter. (John) to board our dog at his home. While away, our home was burglarized. Our security camera had high quality video of the burglar. After reviewing the video and interogating John, the police made an arrest. John knew that we would be out of town and broke into our home. CAUTION---John is awaiting trial/sentencing and IS STILL with ROVER.COM. Unbelievable. John boards dogs in the Philadelphia area.
I just saw a news story on Arizona's newschannel ABC15 and a woman's 2 dogs are missing because of a Rover dog sitter only 3 hours into the visit. Rover will never get my business and I will spread the word and they should be more picky about who they represent. As a dog sitter, such negligence is unacceptable no matter what is going on. The dogs safety should have been number one period...

So glad I discovered Rover. The app is extremely user friendly, and the services they offer cover all types of needs, from dog walking to boarding. I had peace of mind selecting my sitter as reviews, descriptions, addresses and all sorts of details are specified and accessible. My experience with Rover and my dog sitter, Celeste, can definitely be described as five stars; will continue using it in the future.

Fantastic service for boarding and daycare
I had been taking my Boston Terrier to a reputable doggie daycare place. This place was fine, but there were too many dogs there and I felt that my dog wasn't getting the right kind of social engagement. My trainer suggested I check out Rover.com and I'm glad I did! My initial experience was fantastic! I left my dog for 4 days, and he had a great time. I received daily pictures, and even a video. Then, a couple days later, I used rover.com again for daycare. The people have been great, the service excellent, and the prices are fair. Thank you!
The app was easy to use and daily communication with Olga was excellent
My first experience with Rover was excellent! It was a last minute pet sitting in my home. Trisha M was wonderful with my dogs and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care. She was responsive, prompt, communicative and reliable. The Rover platform was easy to use. Great experience.
Midnight sitter was wonderful. She care for him like it was hers.i definitely would recommend her.
We have only used Rover once, but we had an amazing experience. It was so nice to be able to trust our sitter and enjoy our vacation while our pups were well taken care of.
